Audubon Center for Birds of Prey: Volunteer!

© Chris Otto

Join our group of dedicated individuals caring for Florida raptors and educating our visitors. Volunteers come from all walks of life, such as students, teachers, and retirees. There are volunteer opportunities for individuals or groups, on a regular or occasional basis.

Volunteers allow an Audubon Center to accomplish much more and in a shorter amount of time than it could afford to do with staff alone. Volunteers contribute enough hours annually to pay 9 full time staff members and are essential to the continued success of our center.

At Audubon Center for Birds of Prey, we are flexible. We strive to find the best fit for each individual based on their interests and skills. The volunteer program is diverse, with a variety of service positions and training including but not limited to greeters, feeders, docents and interns.

For more information, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator or call the Center at 407-644-0190.
